Running your car on water is impossible People are making big money from selling water-fuel car kits, because of the rising gas costs. SCAM. it is possible right now, but in that case the energy use would be so high that it would not be beneficial whatsoever to anyone. splitting hydrogen and oxygen is a very complicated procedure. So my conclusion is that, running you a water fueled car is either not possible or a waste of time.
